Today I'll share a few keyboard shortcuts with you noobs:

Ctrl-Alt-Del - When all else fails...I need one of these for my Index, Middle, and Pinky
Alt-F4 - Closes the active window
Alt-Tab - Switches between windows (Hold Alt and tap Tab to find a specific window)
Shift-Delete - Permanantly delets a file
Windows Logo-D - Shrinks all windows (personal favorite)
